○ I do graduate work in Japanese literature ○ I'm trained in language pedagogy, with a specialization in Japanese ○ I fluently speak and teach Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Hebrew ○ I'm learning Mandarin (~B2), Russian (~B1), and Dutch (~A2) ○ I'm a musician ○ I have a polyglot mini-poodle named Pamplemousse My learning philosophy in five points: ○ We must learn to listen before we can learn to speak. ○ To learn something, we must notice it ourselves. ○ Exposure to comprehensible input gives us the chance to notice. ○ Learning a language is discovering a new culture - we must try and embody it. ○ If you can’t do all your learning during your commute, it ain’t happening :) ○ Immersion courses focus on learning through reading/listening, and developing habits for long-term acquisition. ○ I also offer a specialized course in Japanese phonetics including theory and study methods. ○ クラスを日本語でも行えるので、日本人の方も遠慮なく登録してください ○ Os meus cursos também estão disponíveis em português ○ Todos cursos también están disponibles en español ○ Meine Unterrichte können alle auch auf Deutsch gehalten werden ○ Mes cours sont aussi disponibles en français ○ רוב הקורסים שלי הם גם מוצעים בעברית

Amazing teacher. Perfect Portuguese accent. Daniel taught me about pronunciation in Portuguese. I did an excellent job. I definitely recommend him to others students here who want to learn. See you next session!!!
