I've always recognized the impact a teacher could have on a student because of how my teachers inspired me. But in that daycare, it was the students that had an impact on me as a teacher! Learning does not have to be hard or boring , no matter what age you are or what you are learning. Of course it takes effort, but it can be a process that you can enjoy. Living in a country where my native language isn't spoken I've seen that the best way to quickly improve your speaking skills is by practicing regularly with a native speaker. I decided to start giving English lessons when I saw that there was a demand for native/ near-native English speakers in Hungary. I have taken great interest in teaching techniques applicable to dyslexics and that is also the topic of my dissertation. I love hands-on approach, always trying to get to know my learners to see what approach suits them best and what type of learners they are - visual, auditory or kinestetic. I always aim to adjust my lessons to the needs of the learners. I care about my students and want them to always get the best out of their time with me. Therefore, I accept a maximum of 7 lessons per day because pass this number, I would be too tired and would not be able to offer my 100%. I want my students to get no less than that!
