I'm Bilal Brian, an American (USA) with nearly a decade of experience teaching English in colleges and universities overseas. I specialize in helping people to speak English comfortably and in building their self-confidence. If you're shy, don't worry at all because I can help. I love working with students to help them reach success and especially to help them "get out of their shell" and become very confident when they speak English. Let's work together to meet your goals! As a teacher I'm very open-minded and I love to try new methods of teaching. I read a lot about education and I also experiment on myself when I'm learning a language. Whatever I find to be effective, I'll bring into the class. Of course, I also take into account what you like and what your preference is. Overall, I'm an organized teacher who likes to create a comfortable classroom so that you get the most out of our lessons without feeling scared, intimidated, or overwhelmed. In my lessons, we'll usually start by learning some new words and phrases. After that, we'll have a conversation warmer that leads us into the topic of the lesson. We'll follow this by using materials that work as the center of our lesson. At the end of our session, we'll have a discussion that relates to the big idea of our topic.
