Do you want to improve your Bulgarian or English language skills? Look no further! My name is Todor and I’m from Bulgaria. I've graduated university from University of Leeds, United Kingdom and I’m also certified in teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL). I enjoy teaching languages to both beginners and intermediate level learners. I am also a certified nutritionist, so I can help you practice nutrition and health related English. I love playing the guitar, travelling, learning new languages and activities that keep me physically active, such as hiking, table tennis and weightlifting. I am passionate about teaching because I can share my knowledge with others, which I find very rewarding. My personal experience learning new languages allows me to put myself in my student’s position and understand their point of view. I am kind and patient, so I make my students feel relaxed throughout the lessons. I also make every teaching hour interesting and exciting in order to keep my students engaged and motivated. My way of teaching is positive and encouraging. Everyone is unique and learns in different ways, so I plan and adapt my lessons and teaching methods according to my students. I believe the best way to learn a new language is by having natural conversations where we speak about various topics that we find interesting, as well as discussing different articles, song lyrics or other forms of media. My lesson with Todor was awesome. He explains things very easy and understandable. In our lesson, we mainly talked about nutrition and different diets, because of his background studying nutrition. I expanded my vocabulary quite a lot and hopefully not only my English gets better with his help, but my diet too ;)
