My name is Hoang Nguyen, my nick name is Juanito Nguyen. Whichever name you prefer to call. I have studied in the U.S for over 2 years and worked in college for over a year as an ESL tutor. I was born in Ho Chi Minh city, so I have a very southern accent. I studied Linguistic major in Vietnam University a couple years ago since I was a sophomore. I am keen on learning languages, knowing many different cultures and history, and travelling even though I am a homebody. I considers myself as a patient, humorous, humble, kind and enthusiastic. I am dog and cat person. I also a movie addict and food lover. I hope I and my partner will have something in common and have a great time. As for teaching experience, I do not consider myself as a master of teaching. However, the first thing that springs to my mind is that I teach with my passion and enthusiasm. I am not strict with my partner. I do not like putting pressure on my partner's shoulders. I honestly do not want people call me teacher because I think it is good to be their language partner. Together we figure out the best way to study languages quick and efficiently. My teaching style is very simple and enjoyable. I share my experience and study method. We study new vocabularies before making a conversation. Check last assignment before heading to learn new things. I love to correct mistakes immediately, but if my partner wants to be corrected after the conversation, it is totally fine. We can play some games during the lesso...
