I am a passionate qualified and experienced English teacher with several teaching certificates including a CELTA, DELTA and a TEFL certificate. As a teacher, in the last 25 years of experience, I've come across many different students. Writing has always been one of my passions because the ability to express oneself through words has such an impact on the reality that one creates. During my years in university I excelled in all my English classes. I was chosen to be a teacher’s assistant for ESL classes, and I worked in the English Lab alongside English professors to edit and revise student essays. I recently obtained a TEFOL and have received several offers to teach at International Schools around the planet. On my free time, I compose poems and transpose fluid thoughts into writing as a way to release feelings and emotions.

I am a native English speaker with one year of experience teaching English to young students and one year of tutoring experience with adults. During my time as a language assistant in Cannes, France I created lessons that aligned with the specific level of each class, I used a combination of English and French to communicate with the students, and I enjoyed my role as an ambassador for the English language and American culture. While I was there I provided individual English lessons to adults. In these lessons we focused on vocabulary, listening comprehension, and oral comprehension. I am now residing in the United States and have recently received a 40-hour TEFL/TESOL certification.
