Almost five years now, and perhaps 6000 hours of online teaching. I make liberal use of online materials, and I like englishclub.com, ABC Radio National, TED Wolfram Coursera EDX, and recently linguapress.com. My sessions are particularly free and subject to your wishes, needs and goals. I am equally happy to chit-chat, or address deep and troubling issues, to delve into science grammar technology. There is no set agenda, but I expect us to set up a basis for the coming sessions. Intermediate to advanced students only please.

I continue to help students discover how English works and how to enjoy using it. I achieve success with humour and a tenacious drive for excellent communication. My two decades of teaching enables me to provide relevant, real-time and robust ways for my students to improve their respective skills.

With my passion and knowledge, I can surely help you to improve your skills in Mandarin. I have two-year experience in language teaching, ESOL, IELTS, and Mandarin. Compared with teaching in a classroom setting, I prefer to teach in a casual way that allows students to use the language naturally. Experiential learning can be an efficient method. Practise is the key to master a language. To practice with a language companion with the knowledge in English and Mandarin, like me, can be really beneficial for you.

I have been teaching for a while now and the experience has been amazing. I enjoy interacting with people from different parts of the work. Teaching gives me a chance to travel and learn about different cultures and that motivates me to be great at it.

Which course should I take ✅ You can take a basic course for 5$: ? it includes conversational practice, basic set of a language class. For a student and a teacher, rescheduling is possible less than 24 hours prior to a class. It means we both can anytime reschedule a lesson and we should be flexible about it. As a new graduate from the university, I have limited experience in teaching. However, I took part in the CELTA training and acquired the certificate after obtaining my degrees. I believe that I will become a good teacher, as my CELTA tutors assessed: I'm a patient teacher who would make my students confortable during the lesson, I'm able to respond to the feedback and improve my lessons and teaching skills, and most importantly, I am motivated as a teacher.

In my college B.A studies, I studied a wide range of topics related to the English language, including but not limited to : listening and written comprehension, conversation, English & American literature, creative writing & poetry, academic writing, letter writing, journalistic English, business & office English, linguistics, phonology & pronunciation, grammar & syntax etc. I also completed a 120-hour TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course, and I have 4 months of experience (it's not much, I'll give you that, but better than nothing) teaching English to kids and teenagers at a private language school. I can teach either English or French!

I have experience in teaching English live, as a volunteer in a centre in the Chilean Patagonia. I have also taught since March 2020 as a freelancer to young people from around the world through Skype, as well as locals from Piatra Neamt in person.

Everyone has his own favorite art and teaching Arabic is my favorite art. I have been working as a teacher of Arabic and for almost 4 years and I have always tried to use all the methods and techniques that might help my students learn the Arabic Language in a good and interactive way and in the best teaching environment available.

I’m a native speaker of English who was born and raised in the state of New York in the USA. I have three services on Italki: first, I teach professional formal and informal English lessons, second, I help with proofreading and editing, and third, I help with translation from Russian to English. I understand the Russian language and have lived in Russian-speaking countries, which can be helpful for Russian-speaking students.

Ever since I graduated highschool, I started tutoring, and sometimes lecturing in front of a group of middle school students. I try my best to have special bond with students as well as teaching them. I believe, when interests and needs combine together, you can learn the language as fast as you could.
