He tenido la oportunidad de enseñar inglés de manera presencial a diferentes personas que me lo han pedido y he tenido la satisfacción de saber que he logrado que muchas de ellas se sientan cómodas con el idioma y descubran su potencial y mejoren sus habilidades. Igualmente, he viajado a diferentes países y he experimentado enseñar español a personas que nunca han tenido un acercamiento con este idioma. Al tener la facilidad de comunicarme en ambos idiomas, puedo explicar tanto inglés como en español, o viceversa, todo según las necesidades del estudiante.

I am a very friendly and patient teacher that loves to teach in a studious but fun environment. I specialise in eliciting language from students about subjects that interest them. I love to teach students from all backgrounds and countries as I am fascinated in learning about new cultures and learning about new subjects. I also love writing and editing other peoples work, so I am very happy to help with any kind of writing from academic to creative.

I am teaching Spanish to beginners, intermediate and high levels. I have five years of experience giving private lessons and giving online sessions in learning Spanish. I like to focus on the requests of my students, though I prefer an interactive methodology. I adapt my teaching style to the students’ needs. I always have patience and also I try to give clear explanations, using concrete examples and situations, and different learning materials. I believe the real purpose of learning a language is communication, therefore, my lessons are dynamic, interactive, with an emphasis placed on the development of student's abilities to speak and understand spoken Spanish.

I have a degree in English and Translation Studies from UFRGS, in Brazil, and I have been teaching English and Portuguese for the past seven years, in both schools and to private students. My students have ages that go from little infants in their oralization process up to adults, with several different levels of language knowledge and goals. Even before college, I liked to teach English to my classmates. Those who had problems with the language came to me and requested my help with certain topics. That is where my love for teaching was born. I teach using mnemonics, and I force you to learn with creativity. Not only you learn the mundane parts of a language but also the cool ones in a fun way. As a teacher, in the last 25 years of experience, I've come across many different students. I currently teach English in an English school here in Italy, that's the reason my availability was limitated in the last year. Each one of them has their own characteristics and learning capacities. I try to elaborate custom methods together with the student, in order to reach the best learning procedure to use, from schematizations to memory methods, linguistic assonance and much more. Although I've been using three languages since I was a kid, I didn't realize how difficult it is to learn a language until I decided to start learning Spanish as an adult. Llevo dando clases de español y de inglés desde hace 5 años. He dado clases a alumnos de nivel principiante, intermedio, avanzado y niños. También he dado cursos de preparación TOEFL y cursos especializados en negocios. I’ve been giving classes of English and Spanish for 5 years. I’ve given classes to students that are beginners, intermediate, advances and kids. I’ve also taught courses to prepare for the TOEFL exam and business related.

I am experienced in teaching a topic that a lot of students overlook whilst learning a language, which is phonetics. My main focus when it relates to language teaching is putting close attention at its pronunciation, since languages are living entities used to communicate with people, and learning a language's phonology is key in order to break that gap left when speaking in a foreign language.

Here in China I found a lot of people, both kids and adults that wanted to speak or learn from foreigners. As such I slowly learned how to teach people. Now I feel confident to teach English as well as Dutcha Teaching is a lot of fun to me, seeing students grow from beginners into full native speakers is great.
