Hi, my name is Kyle. English is my home language, while I can also speak isiXhosa and Afrikaans. I did well in English in school, getting distinctions for most of my schooling career. I finished high school four years ago and I am currently completing my personal training certification. I also play golf for South Africa, after playing soccer and cricket at provincial level when I was younger. My hobbies include going to the gym and running. I am passionate about helping people! My main focus as a teacher is to create a comfortable environment for learning. I like to keep things relaxed and I am very patient which I think helps teaching something as complex as the English language! I have tutored before and all of my students improved dramatically at whatever I was teaching them in a short period of time. As a result of this I am confident in my teaching abilities. In my lessons I will mainly focus on grammar during our conversations. I would also like to help them expand their vocabulary, so I will introduce new words for them to impress their friends with. I will also help my students correct any work that they need checked for errors. My main goal is to make sure that my students enjoy our conversations and feel like it is a fun experience to improve their English with my help.
