Wow, that hour flew by! Farida is really fun and engaging to talk to, and I learned a lot!

I really enjoyed the lesson with Farida. She did use video on Skype, and she help up her end of the conversation in Russian, corrected my mistakes like I asked, and an hour flew by.

Farida refuses to use video for some reason, which makes it difficult to read facial expressions and get those extra-linguistic cues that are so important for beginning language learners. Otherwise it was a very useful conversation practice, she speaks simply, slowly and clearly, and explains things well. Thanks!

Great lesson and I learned a lot of useful travel phrases. Looking forward to our next lesson
