Hello! My name is Charline and I teach conversational French and English here on italki. Bonjour! Je m'appelle Charline et j'enseigne le français et l'anglais. I grew up in the north and was raised by French speaking parents. My father was born and raised in France while my mother was born and raised in Québec. I studied French in college and spent my junior year abroad in France. I taught French for 3 years at the middle and high school level. I have also spent a lot of time both visiting and traveling in both France and Canada. I teach all levels of French and English. My focus is building and improving upon conversational skills through regular conversation. My lessons are 30 minutes to an hour. The first lesson will be about establishing your current level of fluency and determining your goals as it relates to your conversational skills in the language of study. My teaching style is focused on conversational French and English. I believe the best and most fun way to obtain and maintain fluency in a language is through the frequent and regular use of conversational skills.
