I am originally from London , now residing in Dublin. My hobbies include playing with my dog Jack, reading, creative writing and going to the cinema. I have been a teacher for 5 years and have experience teaching IELTS classes and both BEC higher and BEC vantage classes. I have also taught all general English levels from A0 to C2. My lessons are very student centred with a communicative approach. I have a very patient style and like to make the lessons personalised for the students. I like to make students feel comfortable and accepted in their surroudnings so they are confident to experiment with the language and push themselves and each other. I like to promote peer-correction and student autonomy. I like to use a test, teach, test approach and use a range of timelines when presenting grammar.
