Hello! My name is Monica. I’m from Tokyo, Japan. I recently moved to Vermont, US and thought Italki is a great opportunity for starting my new life in Vermont :) Before moved to Vermont, I was working in the fashion industry such as production and retail sales in some local boutiques in New York and Tokyo. My most interest fields are sustainable and vintage fashion. I LOVE to talk to people from all around the world and sharing the thoughts. My hobby is also cooking and eating! I'm very excited to get to know many of you and have some good time learning Japanese and Japanese culture! Look forward to seeing you :) I want to encourage you to speak Japanese a lot! Main part of my lesson is conversation. I would like to know more about you and I want to help you to describe your thoughts in Japanese. If you have any question I can help you in English as well. Also feel free to leave comments or ask anytime during the lesson :) I am very friendly and easy going! I have been studying English for five years and I know learning new language is frustrating sometimes, also very fun when you can communicate with others. Focusing on conversation and listening. I can correct you pronunciations since my accent is Neutral. You can bring up any topics you want to discuss about or I can choose you the topics as well. Leave the comments before we start a lesson, so I can prepare for the lesson!
