I will ask you questions to gauge your level and your needs as well as discuss a few informal topics with you (conversation practice). Depending on your needs and expectations, I will help you choose the most suitable kind of course for you, should you want to continue learning with me. :)

Would just like to chat and practice your English conversation skills in a range of informal topics? We can certainly do that! You can choose the topic you'd like to discuss, or ask me to choose it for you.

This class is open to students between the A2 and C1 proficiency levels.

You can take as many or as few lessons as you wish, this is not a full-fledged course, just conversation practice :)

Informal Tutoring (English conversation)

This is a General English course! I will personally craft a lesson plan for you (please kindly book your lesson at least 24 hours in advance) depending on your needs and expectations. We can either focus on grammar & syntax, phonology & pronunciation, or written & listening comprehension. If you are planning to take the TOEIC test, I can also help you prepare for it with genuine TOEIC test questions! It's all up to you! You can choose the subtopic that you would like to study!

This course is designed for students between the A2 and C1 proficiency levels.

Ideally, this course should last 5 hours (for one subtopic) and is best taken as a package (there is a discount for 5-hour packages). You can however take as many or as few lessons as you like.

General English (grammar & syntax, phonology & pronunciation, written & listening comprehension, TOEIC preparation)

Would you like to improve your essay-writing skills for your college classes? Do you need to learn how to construct and write formal letters for use in professional situations? Do you simply want to learn how to write stories and poems for fun? This course is for you!

Together we will learn how to construct, craft and write texts in English. Speaking and writing are two very different skills that need to be practiced separately. This course was made specially to help you develop and polish those writing skills!
Subtopics that we will cover include, but are not limited to : grammar and punctuation, writing style, form and organization of ideas, content, proofreading etc.

This course is designed for students between the B1 and C2 proficiency levels.

Ideally, this course should last 5 hours (for one subtopic, for example "Essay Writing") and is best taken as a package (there is a discount for 5-hour packages). You can however take as many or as few lessons as you like.
This course includes homework. At the end of a lesson, I will ask you to produce written work which we will go over and correct together during your next lesson. This is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended if you're serious about improving your writing skills. Just like pronunciation, writing is something you need to practice. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect!

My name is Thomas, I'm a 24-year old French native speaker living in Bangkok, Thailand.
I recently graduated from college with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English here in Bangkok.
I obtained a TEFL certificate through a 120-hour course and I also have a TOEIC score of 990. 
Even though French is my native language, I actually have more experience and qualifications to teach English, but I'd be happy to teach both!
Even though I am here as a community tutor, I actually have previous teaching experience, and I'll be happy to teach you as professionally as I can. Or we can just have an informal conversation, it's up to you!
