Hi :) My name is Sonja. I am from the north of Italy, but my native language is German as it is a bilingual region next to Switzerland and Austria. I studied Business Administration (MBA) and Environmental Science. I was lucky enough to live and work in various corners of the world which helped me to become fluent in English and Spanish. I am open-minded, interested in other cultures and some of my hobbies are traveling, reading, learning new languages and hiking. I have been teaching German and English for some time and we can adapt each lessons to your individual language skills to make the best out of our time together. You can also suggest topics you would like to talk or learn about, if you want to. We can do classes where we mainly speak so you can improve your language skills and practice. I believe that practice is the key to success - also for languages! If you are looking for someone with whom you can learn German or English in a relaxed atmosphere then I'm the right person for you!!

I enjoyed my lesson with Sonja. We had a great discussion about the region where she grew up and some of the cultural differences of a multilingual region. Learning a language is fun when you are focused on the dialog and not on the mistakes you make.
