Hello there, I'm Evelyn. I am a native Mandarin speaker, and I am also fluent in English. So I am currently studying at the university in Canada. I love to teach languages to help others! Personally, I think learning a new language is fun and beneficial. I have had lots of experience in tutoring in both Mandarin and English. In my free time, I like to paint and hang out with my friends! On top of that, I am also a huge fan of movies and music. I am looking forward to meeting you! I would like to think of myself as a friendly and fun teacher. I care about my students deeply and wish them to progress as much as possible, so sometimes I might be a bit strict. However, I am very easy to talk to. If you have any questions and concerns, please don't hesitate to communicate with me. I am always here to help. My teaching style is very flexible and personalized. I would love to design the classes with you! After all, everyone learns differently. However, I love to bring visual items to the class, which makes the learning process more interesting. Also, I usually assign some homework for the students after each class so that they can keep up with the lessons and help them to practice a bit more.
