My name is Aftab and I have serving as English Language Instructor since 7 Years on various online and offline platform. In this short period of my teaching-training experience I met many nice, enthusiastic, energetic people. These people, students have inspired me alot to explore the teaching domain. I have started working in small training institute after my post graduation. Since beginning I was passionate about English language. In India there is circle around English Language as a language of Special People, but nowadays many people in India can speak English. Apart from teaching my interests are in technology and I am always ready to use different technological aids in my classroom After completing my High school education I have decided to pursue my destined career in English. So I completed my Graduation and then Post Graduation in English Language. to take it further I am pursuing my Ph.D. and it interesting to note that my research topic is based on the English as A Second Language. Non native speakers of English always inspired me to learn to teach and now to do research in. I am an extrovert and ready to listen people and learn new things from them. I hope to come up with a beneficial outcomes from my research so it can help learners to learn English easily and effectively. My approach towards lesson plan is always practical based. I believe in action rather than preparing for the action. I let my students speak and involve in communication as much as they can, ...
