Yasuka is awesome! I've now had a fair number of lessons with her. I'm the kind of person that wants to know the "why" of things, and she always has the answer, which helps immeasurably in the way I learn. She also returns homework at least a day before your lesson, to give you time to read it over beforehand. Additionally, she is kind when going over mistakes while still explaining everything. Over time, she has gotten a good sense of where I am in my studies, which has helped shape how we progress in each lesson. If you're looking for a native Japanese speaker who has an excellent teaching style and an unassailable grasp of grammar, look no further :)

Unbelievable learning experience! Excellent English, which is so important to beginners like myself. She fully explains things at the core of the concept, producing a complete understanding of seemingly benign snippets of the language. Would reccomend for beginners and scholars alike. Mindblowing.
