She actually jots down while your speaking and once you are done she tells you which mistakes you made in order to improve your English skills. She cares about the student´s needs.

It suddenly occurs to me that Michelle and I have been working together on the pronunciation for one year and half. I'm in law school in U.S. now and I can't tell you people reading this comment how helpful it is!! You still need to do a lot of jobs yourself, but with our great Michelle's guidance, you will be on the right track, which determines your learning efficiency.
