Hi, I'm Joan! I'm a native English speaker, a former medical doctor and certified TEFL teacher. I was born in England and moved to Spain 2 years ago. I really enjoy life in Spain and I have learned to speak Spanish, so I completely understand how it feels to be a language student. It's not always easy but it's worth the hard work!

I love teaching English and I'd love to help you achieve your goals. I specialise in teaching English to medical professionals and help them to prepare for the OET (Occupational English Test) exam. In addition to this, I teach students from all backgrounds to prepare for the IELTS exam.
A good score in the OET or IELTS exams will give you the opportunity to register, work or study in your chosen English speaking country. If this is your goal, I'd love to help you achieve it.
I also provide general English lessons, so if you are not looking for help preparing for exams but would like to become fluent in English for work or pleasure, I'd be delighted to hear from you too!
