I have been teaching basic English and Mathematics to underprivileged kids in India. Being a daughter of two teachers, I have always had this inclination towards teaching all my life. Funny story, as a kid, when my parents used to have a Bring Your Children to Work Day, I would always end up in an empty classroom with chalk in my hand teaching nobody.

My overall experience in tutoring is 5 years. My fields of expertise in linguistics include English, Telugu, Hindi and Sanskrit languages. Apart from linguistics, I can also teach Mathematics, Physics and Electrical Engineering concepts as well. My main focus is on communication so that you can improve your speaking, listening, vocabulary and conversational skills.

I would like to teach you natural Hindi, not Robotic Hindi.

I keep them motivated and always try to put a lot of confidence that they can learn and then can be an expert. I'm a fun loving person and love teaching people with all that I have. I like to interact on different topics and subjects and make learning easy and seemless. I prefer teaching a language in the form of a casual and fun communication. People can talk to me about anything and everything. I've been teaching and helping my fellow classmates and friends with their communication and few other subjects like space science, technology, automobiles etc.

Although I’ve just started teaching recently on italki, I’ve been teaching English to my ESOL colleagues and friends for years. I autonomously learned Spanish and later developed an interest in a range of languages - from Italian to Arabic, I have spent time getting to know and love languages from all over the world. I also love linguistics, and I am TEFL qualified. These experiences allow me to have a deeper understanding of your various needs and struggles as a language learner.

I started tutoring people in language and in math during my university days, and early on learned that patience is a big factor in making the student(s) learn comfortably. This comes from my experience at my secondary school where due to the high amount of cultural exchange and engagement you begin to understand that everyone has a different way of understanding things. It is also because of these experiences that I believe that the practical sessions are a little more important than the theory aspect of things. Hence I tend to put more focus on actual practicing of the speaking by having regular conversations so people are more adept to the everyday usage of the language.

As a profession for me I love teaching profession. Teaching is my passion. Previously I were involved in a Primary School as a part time teacher for more than 3 years. Currently i am a Private Tutor teaching Arts Group to different class of students. As a Teacher I teach the students as per their requirement. India is a most cultural place and Bengali language is the most sweetest language in the world. So I love to learn people about our Bengali culture and Language and Hindi Language also.
