About Me

My name is Sarah. I recently moved from Southern Wisconsin to Central Wisconsin. I have a 2-year-old son, a dog and a cat. My hobbies include photography, poetry, hiking, and of course, learning other languages! I've been a member of Italki since 2010, and a Community Tutor on here since 2013. As a teacher, my biggest goal is to make sure the student feels confident and comfortable. Making mistakes is part of the learning process, and nothing to be embarrassed about. I'm very laid-back and I've been told that I'm easy to talk to. I hope to speak with you soon! I have a very relaxed teaching style. I'm willing to work with you and cater to your needs. My lessons vary, depending on the student's interests and their level of English.

We analyzed the book Fight Club. It's a very cool feeling when you suddenly understand a word or a saying that you did understand before and with explanations from Sarah I managed to get a lot of it :)
