If you want to increase your English vocabulary and fluency and you know a little bit of English – even just a few words, I can help you! I will make you feel very comfortable and we will have a relaxed lesson where you can increase your English skills and become more confident to speak better English. I am very patient. When I teach, I like to find out what the student is wanting to learn and achieve, and then I will design the lesson around the individual needs of that student. I am a friendly person and love meeting people from all over the world. I look forward to helping you with your goals to speak better English. I am a native English speaker from South Africa and I have taught English Second-language students and adults from China, Thailand, Czech Republic, France, Italy Germany and my own country. If you know some English and want to improve, or if you are a beginner, please send me a message to tell me what you need help with. Then book a trial lesson so that we can work together and see if we are a good match. I like to keep things simple and teach one thing at a time until the student is very certain and confident, then teach something new. The lesson with Terry was perfect, and I improved my conversational skills and also got some grammar and pronunciation tips. Terry is happy to share his knowledge and teaches wisely. At the same time, the lesson was fun and mostly informal, so the conversation was relaxed and nice. I was very impressed when I began to feel more confident during the conversation, as fluency and confidence are my goals.
