Hi everyone!! I’m Mana from Nagano Japan,a native Japanese speaker.I have been living in Bogota since November 2019.I was teaching math at cram school in Nagano.　Nagano is a good place to enjoy winter sports, and the Winter Olympics were held there in 1998.And I love skiing as well. I also love cooking and dogs a lot. Unfortunately,I don’t have dogs here in Colombia,but I have three dogs in Japan.If you like Japanese food, I’m happy to share a Japanese food recipe with you as well. I’m friendly and easy going. So,please think of me as your new Japanese friend,and you can ask me any question and let’s enjoy learning Japanese together ! I studied at university to be a professional japanese teacher and I have been working at a Japanese school in colombia. I have also been teaching via skype and zoom to some students in private classes as well. I love teaching a lot,and I totally understand your feelings when you learn new languages because I learn English and Spanish overseas. All my students are happy with me because I’m well prepared for classes and they can feel their japanese is improved !!! I use textbooks to teach basic grammar,but sometimes studying language just in a textbook does not help you talk in real life.So, I spend a lot of time with my students to think and practice conversation with me. full time teacher個別指導のキャンパス(kobetsushidou no kyanpasu) - Nagano, JapanAfter I came back from Australia,I worked at this company ( cram school) as full time worker.They teached how to teach very well,and I had private class and group class as well. Basically,I teached math,but I sometimes teached English as well.I realized that I like teachimg a lot, and I learned ,many things because of this place.

2019 - 2020

Japanese teacheracademia de lenguas orientales - Bogota, ColombiaI have been working at this school as Japanese teacher since last year. It was the first time for me teaching Japanese,so they did many hours of training how to teach. Now, I had 6 classes and all my students are very happy with me even I can not talk and explain in Spanish well. This experience will help a lot to teach in Italki.

My lesson with mana was great. She is so friendly and her Japanese was so clear for me. I really like the way she prepared the class, the structure of each lesson is clear from the beginning and is easy to follow, especially because she makes her own presentations for each topic of the book we are studying together. The content she prepared is easier to understand in comparison with studying just the book. I really like that in each class we can practice all the main components of a language learning: speaking, listening, reading and kanji games. For other hand she speaks very good English, which makes easy to learn when your Japanese level is so basic.

Mana sensei corrected my mistakes that I didn't notice a lot which I can use to improve myself later. Sensei is also able to keep conversation going very well.
