Ni hao! I'm Yangzi, a native Chinese speaker. I'm interested in cooking, reading, running, yoga and traveling. I'm a beginner of skiing, rock climbing and diving. I grew up in China and studied in England for almost two years. After many years traveling, I make up my mind to settle down in one of my favourite places -- New Zealand. For me, language is a bridge to know different cultures and meet interesting people. I think Chinese is a beautiful language and I'm always mesmerised by Chinese culture. I'd like to share it with you. I have one year experience of teaching mandarin and I've learned English for more than 20 years. Based on my Mandarin teaching and English study experience, I think conversational practice is very important to learn a foreign language. I believe everyone faces different peoblems when study, and I am more than happy to tackle your problems and meet your needs. I am also open to change our lesson plans to wharever suits you better. I'm patient, interesting and ethusiastic. I hope to help people who want to practice Mandarin in a comfortable and friendly environment. You can pick 1-2 topics and I’d like to prepare one more topic to ‘surprise’ you.
