I have a degree in English and Translation Studies from UFRGS, in Brazil, and I have been teaching English and Portuguese for the past seven years, in both schools and to private students. My students have ages that go from little infants in their oralization process up to adults, with several different levels of language knowledge and goals. I have a lot of experience both with traditional and innovative language education. I taught for one of Prague's best language schools and at a high school. I co-wrote a textbook for high schools and I was the learning designer of a language app for small devices and other e-learning projects. I've taught many different people from toddlers to seniors, in-company and public courses. Lately, I've been developing techniques that enable me to help people in a much more effective way than when I was a mainstream teacher. I'm happy to see the progress of my clients with these alternative ways of learning. That's why I prefer to refer to myself as a language coach rather than a language teacher.

I have been teaching English since July 2018. About a year ago, I went back to study to become a teacher and came back with a distinction and a qualification -TQUK Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (RQF). I also completed an additional 20 Hours of classroom practice. I progressed further and successfully completed and passed a 30-hour Teaching Business English course and this has become my forte and I focus on teaching students at all levels from elementary to intermediate to advanced level where they want to improve their language skills for business or general english.

I received TEFL certification from The Boston Language Institute. The program was an in-person 120-hour program that included supervised teaching of actual ESL classes. During the course, the instructors regularly told me that I should specialize in Business English. Since leaving Boston Language Institute, I have taught at language schools, privately tutored, and also worked as a high school English and World Studies teacher.

I become a very serious person when it comes to teaching since I think, as a teacher, I must be responsible for your time spending with me. At the same time I am your teacher, I am also your friend as long as you, as a student, keep your courtesy and don't overstep your boundaries.
