Hello, everyone, my name is Ju YANG. I am a Chinese living in Geneva, Switzerland. Through my life I have been privileged to study, work and travel in many countries. South America is the only continent that I have never visited. I speak Mandarin Chinese and English at an advanced level, also intermediate French and German, and with some exposure to Cantonese and Japanese. Besides language studies/teaching, I enjoy regular physical activities, reading on history and current affairs, classical music and socializing with my friends. 大家好。我在中国北方出生，现在住在瑞士日内瓦。我的母语是普通话，我也说英语，法语和德语。在2000年我离开中国内地相继在加拿大，瑞士和香港学习和工作。在过去近20年，我有机会通过学习和工作在很多国家旅行。除了爱好语言学习，我也喜欢健身，阅读，音乐和好友聚会。 I have been teaching English and Mandarin since 2016 with more than 50 lessons given. Mandarin - native Mandarin speaker - completed 360-hour International Chinese Teaching Certificate at Beijing Language and Cultural Uni. - about 15-year residence in Canada and Switzerland, solid understanding on Western culture English - Bachelor's degree in English - Broad Business English vocabulary through work experience - 科技英语双学士 - 英文测试经历广泛：大学四级，专业八级，TOEFL/GRE，剑桥等 - 自2002年在英语环境全职工作，英语商务词汇广 针对中国学生，我的英文课程主要面向已经具备一定英语基础的学生和成人。不管是作为学生需要英语考前复习，还是作为成人由于工作需要练习商务英语，我可以帮助您在听说读写四个方面练习和进步。另外，我可以帮助你准备英语面试，提高商务英语写作能力。 My English and Mandarin classes are mainly for those have at least low-intermediate level proficiency. Unfortunately I do not accept students at the beginner level. All types of classes are tailored to your individual needs.

Ju Yang is awesome! I could not have selected a better instructor to help me improve my language skills. Sixty minutes of class time with her is not enough. During the lesson she introduced me to new vocabulary, helped me with grammar, helped me with the proper enunciation, and shared her point of view with me on various topics. So, yes, Ju Yang is an excellent teacher!! Thank you, laoshi!!

Jun's guidance is phenomenal. She gives lots of examples based on the vocabulary of each lesson, and her examples address the different nuances for each context. Indispensable for precise understanding of how Chinese people use the language.

Ju Wang is an excellent teacher. Today's lesson was challenging, and very interesting because she helped me deconstruct the dialogue from a popular TV show. Although the TV show's premise was comedic, the context of the dialogue was very profound. Ju Yang completely and thoroughly answered every question that I asked of her, and now I have a greater appreciation of Chinese culture and language. Thank you, laoshi!

Ju Yang in GVA is an excellent teacher. During today's lesson we talked about my business and daily live , she helped me correct the many grammar mistakes that I was unaware of. I really appreciate that types the phrases I could not pronunciation or used in wrong ways, that is very helpful for review the class in the future , Great lesson with an excellent teacher. I highly recommend Ju Yang in GVA to anyone looking to study English.

Ju Yang is an excellent and dynamic instructor of Chinese Mandarin. Prior to today’s class, I watched an episode of 《家有儿女》. So, during the lesson she helped me to deconstruct and understand context of the dialogue, which was challenging, interesting and thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you, 老师!
