"What makes me a good teacher?" - you might ask... And I would answer; "Just the sheer amount of life experience that I gathered throughout my life." Starting out as musician/journalist ending up at film-making & acting... Meanwhile, my mom always said, "you explain so patiently, you should teach!" And now it turns out, she was right all along... At this time in my life, I am teaching as a hobby, but my passion for the English language could lead me to do this work full time. I truly enjoy seeing my students develop themselves, starting to communicate openly and confidently. I believe in having fun with the language, while also actively using it. If you watch your favorite type of entertainment in English, and you also communicate your thoughts about it in English, you will learn very quickly, and it will not feel like work. My homework assignments sound like this; “let’s watch this music video with subtitles (don’t worry I can find something good in any genre), and analyze what the lyrics are about. Good job, let’s also discuss, what is the story of the video… In addition, I will also share tricks and tips in your day-to-day life that will speed up your learning even more!
