Yet another great lesson with ครูกล้า. He wrote some custom content at my level to practise reading comprehension. Today's topic was hobbies and personal interests. I'm nearing the end of my first 5 lesson package and I'll be signing up for another one. Can't wait to see him for our next lesson on Wednesday!

Another great lesson with ครูกล้า! Today we covered some more advanced topics. For someone who has never studied teaching, ครูกล้า has a surprisingly good understanding of how the mind works with regards to language learning and the importance of spaced repetition. Maybe it comes down to his own experience learning English, but I'm more than a bit impressed.

Even though he might be new to italki, Kla is an amazing teacher. He gave me a lot of encouragement and many opportunities to speak and use Thai throughout our first session. He was great at correcting my mistakes and teaching me useful new words. He also did an amazing job of explaining Thai concepts that don't exist in English, and the difference between similar words in Thai. I can't wait for our next lesson.
